Using the unit with the neckband
The unit is attached to the neckband at the time of purchase. Wear the neckband as is and place the band around the bottom of your neck so that the cooling/warming section of the unit comes into direct contact with your skin.

Adjusting the band
To adjust the band size around your neck, or to improve the contact of the cooling/warming section with your skin, take the neckband off, then adjust the band (a).
The band can be bent freely. Hold the band and adjust the width and angle with a small amount of force.
The band extensions (b) at the tips of the band are removable. If you feel the band is long, remove the band extensions to adjust the length.
Detaching the neckband from the unit / Attaching the neckband to the unit
Remove the neckband straight out while pressing and holding down the release button (c).
To attach the neckband, push it into the unit until it fits firmly.
